Shipping policy

We work with trusted shipping partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and local postal services.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, after which they are shipped out.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days

Please note: shipping times do not include order processing time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
This will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

If you have not received tracking info within a few days, or are having trouble tracking your order, contact us at support@heycomfora.com with your order number.


PO Boxes and APO Addresses

Please note that some carriers, such as UPS, do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
If possible, use a physical delivery address to avoid delays.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, or if it is stuck in transit, contact us at support@heycomfora.com. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
