Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your location.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Returns & Donations

We partner with GiveBackBox to ensure that returned items are donated to charitable causes whenever possible.

Returns are processed through our international donation and logistics partners.
As a result, return addresses may differ from our registered business address.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the product you have.
Once the return is completed, we will send out the replacement item or size.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly through our automated fulfillment system.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

If you need to make urgent changes to your shipping address or item variant, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@heycomfora.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods or personal care products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The same return conditions apply:

  • Item must be unused

  • Original packaging required

  • Proof of purchase required


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@heycomfora.com.
